Kate Morris to Speak at HYFN Blockchain Transaction Conference

On Wednesday, April 19, Hosch & Morris co-founding member Kate Morris will speak at the 2023 Handling Your First (or Next) Blockchain Transaction (Think Bitcoin & NFTs) Course, hosted by the State Bar of Texas in Austin and online.  The conference will focus on legal issues associated with blockchain technologies.

At 4:15 PM CST, Morris and co-panelist, Elizabeth Rogers, will present on Cybersecurity, Cyber Insurance, & Privacy. Their presentation will follow their respective papers, HODL (Hold on for Dear Life) - Cybersecurity & Privacy on the Blockchain (Morris) and Cyber Insurance Coverage of Blockchain Technology and Cryptocurrency (Rogers and Daniel Armel) and cover issues, like the blockchain trilemma, privacy-enhancing technologies (PET), and recent PET-related regulatory actions, among other subjects.
